Platinum Plus Partner –US$100,000.00
This is a slot reserved for only one partner who will benefit the following:

• Mention as main sponsor of ZIRS during event adverts on state media and private media (prime time);
• Partner’s business promotional adverts linked to the ZIRS on state media (print media) as ZIRS main sponsor during the pre-event and post-event period of the Symposium;
• Complementary conference registration for 12 delegates including attendance at all symposium sessions, morning teas and lunches;
• Has an exhibition booth- one (1) 6m X 3m with corporate banners displayed at exhibition area (materials to be provided by partner);
• Corporate Banners displayed at selected areas of the main auditorium of the symposium (materials to be provided by partner and display space specifications to be provided by RCZ);
• Slot to address the delegates at the official opening ceremony before the Presidential address;
• The partner will be given an opportunity to sell finished products at the conference;
• Regular mentions throughout the conference as the Platinum + partner;
• Visual display during event solely dedicated to Platinum + partner’s business;
• Core-branding of the conferencing space of the event venue;
• Logo on “exhibition space for sale” expression of interest form to distributed to all purchasers, and also on “exhibition furniture for hire” price list;
• Two (2) full, A4 page, portrait, colour company advertisement in the Symposium handbook (artwork to be supplied by the partner within advised deadlines); and
• Hosts a dinner named after the sponsor’s brand. However, dinner hosting costs are outside of the sponsorship package and the partner will use this important event to market its products and services.

Pay 100% of exihibition cost into RCZ account to secure booking and send Proof of Payment to:zgumede@rcz.ac.zw or rkuwora@rcz.ac.zw

Step 4

Visit RCZ offices to choose stand site.
