Platinum Partner – US$50,000.00
This slot is reserved for two partners who will benefit the following:

• Regular mention in the RCZ’s ZIRS publicity campaign on state media in the pre-event period of the Symposium (prime time slot on TV and Radio);
• Own sponsorship page on website;
• The opportunity of branding the conference delegates;
• Complementary conference registration for 10 delegates including attendance at all symposium sessions, morning teas and lunches;
• Has an exhibition booth- one (1) 6m X 3m with corporate banners displayed at exhibition area (materials to be provided by partner);
• Vinyl designs showing partner as the event’s platinum partner in selected areas of the exhibition floor;
• The partner will be given an opportunity to sell finished products at the conference
• Three (3) promotional items on high table;
• Mentions throughout the conference as the Platinum partner;
• Logo on “exhibition space for sale” expression of interest form to distributed to all purchasers;
• One (1) full, A4 page, portrait, colour company advertisement in the Symposium handbook (artwork to be supplied by the partner within advised deadlines
• Distribution of promotional materials during the conference; and
• Visual board display presentation on the event’s second visual board as the Platinum partner (2 min presentation).

Pay 100% of exihibition cost into RCZ account to secure booking and send Proof of Payment to:zgumede@rcz.ac.zw or rkuwora@rcz.ac.zw

Step 4

Visit RCZ offices to choose stand site.
