THE INAUGURAL RESEARCH FOR SUSTAINABLE INDUSTRIALISATION AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INDABA

The Research Council of Zimbabwe (RCZ) invites you to attend the Inaugural Research for Sustainable Industrialisation and Economic Development Indaba to be held on the sidelines of the 65th Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) on 23 April 2025 at the ZITF Main Arena Pavilion at 1200hrs. The Indaba will be hosted by the RCZ.

Running under the theme, “Research for Sustainable Industrialisation and Economic Development”, the Indaba will unpack the role of research and development in addressing challenges faced by Industry in economic development. Participants will be drawn from, inter alia, diplomats, academic, industry, research institutes, research councils, and civic society. The Vice President of the Republic of Zimbabwe, Hon. Gen. (Retd.) Dr C.G.D.N. Chiwenga will be the Guest of Honour at this Indaba.

The attendance fee for the Indaba is US$200.00 or equivalent per participant, which includes the full conference package. Sponsorship packages are available, please refer to the attached flyer with details on the various options. Participation is on a first come first serves basis and you are kindly requested to pay the attendance fee by 17 April 2025.
