Ms. Marongwe is a lawyer and public policy expert specializing in international law, and banking and financial law and policy.
Ms. Marongwe has worked for the World Bank, the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, the African Development Bank, as well as for national governments that include the Government of Zimbabwe.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy in International Governance and Institutions from George Mason University, a Master of Laws degree in Banking and Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London, and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe.
