Gold Partner – US$25,000.00
This package is open to more than one partner who will benefit the following:

• Exhibition space -one (1) 3m X 3m with corporate banners to be displayed at exhibition space (materials to be provide by partner);
• Corporate Banners displayed at selected areas of the main auditorium of the symposium (materials to be provided by partner and display space specifications to be provided by RCZ);
• Complementary conference registration for 5 delegates plus morning teas and lunches;
• Presentation slot in the plenary session;
• RCZ Website pop-ups mentioning partner as sponsor;
• Logo on symposium website linking to company website;
• Logo on the program;
• One (1) half of an A4 page, portrait, colour company advertisement in the Symposium handbook (artwork to be supplied by the partner within advised deadlines);
• Two (2) promotional items (dimension specified) on high table (high table will be a prop up platform visible to dignitaries);
• On-site symposium advert slides; and
• Regular mentions throughout the conference as Gold Partner.

Complete it and send it back to: zgumede@rcz.ac.zw or rkuwora@rcz.ac.zw

Step 3

Pay 100% of exihibition cost into RCZ account to secure booking and send Proof of Payment to:zgumede@rcz.ac.zw or rkuwora@rcz.ac.zw

Step 4

Visit RCZ offices to choose stand site.
