Dr Chikudza is a renowned researcher and an expert in research and governance. Before joining the Research Council of Zimbabwe, he was a Director in the Office of the President and Cabinet in the Chief Secretary’s Office. He has over thirty (30) years of senior-level experience in the Civil Service. He has lectured at some state Universities in Zimbabwe and is a Board member of some State Enterprises and Parastatals.
He is a holder of a PhD in Social Science Development Studies, a Masters in Development Studies and a degree in Public Administration and Development Studies among other qualifications.
